- Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in advance with full itinerary details and payment (as per agreement).
- Rates: Prices mentioned are for one-way transfers unless specified otherwise. Applicable for point-to-point travel only.
Extra Charges:
Additional charges apply for:
- Night travel (after 10 PM)
- Detours or additional halts
- Extra km beyond the agreed route
- Vehicle Type: The vehicle type once confirmed cannot be changed on the day of travel. Replacement depends on availability only in case of breakdown.
- Driver Authority: The driver reserves the right to cancel or change the route in case of emergencies, road blockages, or government instructions.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled 10 days before travel
- 50% refund if cancelled 5 days before travel
- No refund if cancelled within 48 hours
- Responsibility:
We will not be responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather, or road conditions. - Luggage Limit:
Please inform in advance if carrying extra or large luggage. Overloading is not permitted by law. - Safety & Cleanliness:
All vehicles are sanitized before dispatch. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during the journey.
