MP Safari is a Registered Private Travel Agency, offering tour packages, transportation services, and facilitated safari permit bookings for national parks in Madhya Pradesh. We are NOT the official MP Tiger Reserve, MP Forest Department, or Government of Madhya Pradesh.
All safari permits are issued solely through the official MP Forest Department system, subject to availability and government rules.
2. Role of MP Safari (Important Disclosure)
• MP Safari acts as a tour organizer & service facilitator.
• We assist visitors with:
1. Safari permit facilitation
2. Tour packages
3. Vehicle arrangements
4. Accommodation coordination
• Actual safari permits are issued by the MP Forest Department, not us.
• Permit availability, zones, timing, and booking status depend entirely on the government
portal.
3. Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is confirmed only after:
• Required payment is received, AND
• Written confirmation is sent by our team.
Information Accuracy:
Customers must provide correct details for safari permit processing (Name, Age, Gender, ID details). Incorrect details may result in permit rejection.
Special Requests:
We try to accommodate requests (zones, guides, vehicles), but final allocation is based on government availability.
4. Payment Policy
• Safari permits are non-refundable as per MP Forest Department rules.
• Payments may be made via UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.
• Final payment for package bookings must be completed before the travel date.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. Safari Permit Bookings
Safari permits are governed by the MP Forest Department and are NON-REFUNDABLE under any
circumstances.
B. Tour Package Bookings (Hotel + Safari + Transport)
If you cancel your package (excluding permit cost):
• 30+ days before date: 75% refund
• 15–29 days: 50% refund
• 7–14 days: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7 business days.
C. Permit Unavailability / Technical Issues
If your safari permit cannot be booked due to:
• Government technical error
• Non-availability
• System downtime
→ We will refund the permit amount to your bank account.
6. Itinerary Changes
We may modify itineraries due to:
• Weather
• Forest regulations
• Wildlife rules
• Operational needs
Customers will be informed in advance whenever possible.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering:
• Cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Loss of personal belongings
8. Liability Limitations
• MP Safari works with third-party hotels, transporters, and government-controlled safari systems.
• We are not liable for:
1. Government permit denial
2. Wildlife sightings
3. Delays or cancellations due to forest regulations
4. Acts of nature
• Any increase in government fees (permit, guide, tax, fuel) will be charged as applicable.
9. Conduct & Behavior
Guests showing unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from a tour without refund.
